They are seeking a Structural Engineer who is looking to accelerate their career in a high-performing environment.

This is an opportunity for an ambitious engineer who wants to be challenged technically, work closely with senior leaders, and develop into a well‑rounded consultant with strong design, project delivery and client management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake structural analysis and design for a variety of building projects.
  • Prepare engineering calculations and technical documentation.
  • Design across steel, reinforced concrete and foundation systems.
  • Assist with project delivery, coordination and programme management.
  • Liaise with clients, architects, contractors and project stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively with senior engineers to develop practical design solutions.
  • Contribute to successful project outcomes across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Take ownership of deliverables while continuing to develop technically and professionally.

Experience & Qualifications Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in civil or Structural Engineering.
  • Local experience working with a structural engineering consultancy
  • Strong structural design and technical analysis capability.
  • Exposure to commercial, residential or mixed-use developments.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously while contributing positively to a team environment.
  • Demonstrated initiative, accountability and willingness to learn.

Experience With The Following Software Would Be Advantageous

  • SPACE GASS
  • Structural Toolkit
  • RAPT
  • ETABS
