Job Description

We are looking for a talented Mid-Level .NET Full Stack Developer to join a dynamic and collaborative team. This role is ideal for a passionate software engineer who enjoys building scalable, high-quality applications and contributing to modern, cloud-ready architectures. You will work across the full development lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative digital solutions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy full-stack applications using .NET Framework/.NET Core and modern front-end technologies.
  • Build scalable, maintainable, and secure software solutions, following best practices in software engineering and architecture.
  • Develop and maintain RESTful APIs, ensuring seamless integration between front-end and back-end systems.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of microservices-based architectures and distributed systems.
  • Work with Optimizely CMS or similar DXP/CMS platforms to create and maintain content-driven digital experiences.
  • Design, optimize, and maintain SQL and NoSQL databases, ensuring performance and scalability.
  • Leverage GitHub Actions and workflows to automate development, testing, and deployment processes.
  • Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry best practices, driving continuous improvement and innovation.


Required Qualifications

  • Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience developing applications with C# and .NET (.NET Framework / .NET Core).
  • Hands-on experience with Optimizely, Umbraco, or similar DXP/CMS platforms.
  • Strong experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Solid understanding of REST API design and development.
  • Proven experience with modern front-end technologies, particularly React and Next.js.
  • Strong technical leadership capabilities, including the ability to guide development teams, influence architectural decisions, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Experience with GitHub Actions, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
  • Strong understanding of scalable system design, distributed architectures, and microservices.
  • Engineering mindset with the ability to analyse performance, manage dependencies, troubleshoot complex issues, and drive effective problem-solving.
  • Professional proficiency in English (B2 level or higher).
  • Availability to work in a hybrid model, with 2 days per week in the Lisbon office.


Nice to Have

  • Experience with Microsoft Azure or other cloud platforms.
  • Experience developing applications using ASP.NET Core and Web API.
  • Exposure to modern DevOps and cloud-native development practices.
