Music Teacher

Delhi Public School Aerocity is looking for a passionate and experienced Music Teacher to join our academic team.

Key Responsibilities

* Teach music to students from Grade 1 to Grade 10.

* Plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate music lessons.

* Train students in vocal and/or instrumental music.

* Prepare students for school assemblies, annual day, competitions, cultural events, and other performances.

* Identify and nurture students with musical talent.

* Organize and coordinate music-related activities and events.

* Maintain discipline and create a positive learning environment.

* Collaborate with teachers and school management for various school programmes.

* Maintain musical instruments and other resources responsibly.

Candidate Requirements

* Bachelor’s/Master’s degree or relevant qualification in Music.

* 2 to 6 years of relevant teaching experience, preferably in a reputed school.

* Strong knowledge of vocal and/or instrumental music.

* Excellent communication and classroom management skills.

* Ability to engage and motivate students across different age groups.

* Experience in preparing students for performances and competitions will be an added advantage.

* Candidates who can join immediately or within 1 month will be preferred.
