Accountant

• • Checking accounting documents for formal and accounting accuracy
• • Classifying accounting documents (assigning them to the correct accounts)
• • Posting documents to the books using dedicated accounting software
• • Preparing tax returns and tax information (VAT and CIT), as well as ZUS (Social Insurance Institution) and GUS (Central Statistical Office) filings (monthly and annual)
• • Assisting with payroll calculations for employees
• • Preparing reports, presentations, and ad hoc notes
• • Maintaining ongoing contact with clients and service providers
• • Performing other routine accounting tasks
• • Carrying out other duties reasonably related to the position held

Requirements

• At least 4 Y experience in accounting
• Accounting Degree
• English is a mandate - French or German is a plus
• Accuracy, reliability, and precision in performing tasks
• Clear communication with clients, along with strong skills in both conveying and receiving information
• Meeting deadlines
• Acting in accordance with internal procedures and processes
• Cooperation and care for good relationships within the team
• Willingness to acquire new skills and knowledge related to the job
