Operations and Field Technician

We're hiring anOperations and Field Technicianto build the operational backbone ofAerosealEurope's new technicalcentreinPoznańorWrocław, Poland.

This is not a "keep the lights on" role. This is a ground-floorbuild.

You'll be:

• Standing up logistics, warehouse, and inventory operations from scratch
• LeadingAeroBarrierfield installations on-site across Europe
• Owning client communications from pre-site through project handover
• Building the processes that the team scales on as we grow

Location matters here:

• You must be based in or nearPoznańorWrocław, Poland
• Willing to travel significantly across Europe (including occasional weekends—fully covered)
• Valid driver'slicencerequired
• Fluent English required; Polish and other European languages a strong plus

We're looking for someone who:

• Has 3–5 years in operations, logistics, field coordination, or technical deployment
• Is comfortable hands-on—loading equipment, setting up machinery on-site, working in construction environments
• Thrives managing shipping schedules, inventory, and installation timelines at once without dropping the ball
• Has a "get it done" mindset and takes ownership without waiting to be told

You’ll split your time between running the technical centre's day-to-day operations and traveling to lead installations—so you get both operational ownership and real field impact.

This role is expected to grow into an Operations Lead position as the team scales. You won't just execute a process—you'll build the one the team runs on.

SalaryRange: PLN8,500–10,500gross/month
