Madison & Vine, the signature American Bistro and Wine Bar is seeking a professional, guest‑focused hospitality leader to join our front‑of‑house team. We’re looking for someone who brings warmth, poise, and genuine care to every guest interaction.

Position: Floor Manager / Maître D’

Experience Required: Minimum 2–3 years in hospitality (restaurant or hotel), ideally in a leadership or guest‑facing role.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong floor presence with the ability to lead service smoothly and confidently
• Experience as a floor manager or maître d’ in a quality hospitality environment
• Excellent guest‑facing skills — warm, polished, and professional
• Solid wine knowledge and comfort guiding guests through selections
• Ability to support staff, maintain service standards, and uphold the Madison & Vine experience
• Reliable, organized, and committed to consistent excellence
