About the Role

We are looking for a Senior .NET Developer to join our Engineering team and build, enhance, and maintain backend services for our education platforms.

You will take ownership of services end-to-end—from architecture and development to performance optimization and production support—while working closely with QA, DevOps, and Frontend teams.

What You‘ll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices using .NET / ASP.NET Core and C#.
• Make architecture decisions around data modeling, caching, and integrations.
• Write clean, scalable, testable, and well-documented code.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and performance bottlenecks.
• Optimize database queries and access patterns using MongoDB / SQL Server.
• Collaborate with Angular developers for API integration.
• Participate in system design and scalability discussions.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
• Troubleshoot environment and configuration-related issues.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to engineering best practices.

What We‘re Looking For

• 3+ years of professional experience with C# / .NET / .NET Core / ASP.NET Core.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, authentication/authorization, and microservices.
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL.
• Experience with Entity Framework Core or equivalent ORM.
• Strong knowledge of asynchronous programming, dependency injection, and middleware.
• Experience with AWS/cloud platforms and Docker.
• Familiarity with Linux-based production environments.
• Strong debugging and root-cause analysis skills.
• Proficiency with Git.

Good to Have

• Kubernetes / EKS experience.
• RabbitMQ and event-driven architecture exposure.
• Experience with EdTech, SaaS, or multi-tenant platforms.
• AWS Secrets Manager and IAM knowledge.
• Experience with performance/load testing tools such as k6.
