Job Description
As a Customer Service Associate, you will play a key role in supporting our growing customer operations across crucial European markets. You will manage key data entry tasks, including order entries, invoicing, customer creation, stock allocations, and credits, all while working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. We’re looking for someone who is flexible, eager to learn new systems, and excited to support operations across multiple countries.

Please note: This position follows a standard weekday schedule — no evening shifts and no weekend work. Typical working hours are 8:00–16:00.
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer orders, returns, credit notes, and invoices accurately in the ERP system
- Monitor order fulfilment, proactively communicate delays, and support consignment stock reconciliation
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Logistics, Finance) to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM/ERP and handle basic administrative tasks related to the order-to-cash cycle
- Identify areas for process improvement and elevate any workload or priority concerns to the manager
Qualification
- Fluency in English and French (minimum B1 level); French will be used mainly in written communication
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Customer Service
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Excel
- Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems, particularly in order-to-cash processes
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and adapt to a fast-paced environment
