- We’re looking for a proactive, highly organised Office Manager & Leadership Team Associate to keep a busy Irish office running smoothly while supporting senior leaders across projects, meetings and day-to-day operations
- This is a broad, visible role for someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems and bringing structure to a fast-moving environment. You’ll be the go‑to person for office operations, procurement, events and leadership support across Ireland and the wider UK and Ireland business
- Own the smooth day-to-day running of the office, creating a professional and welcoming environment
- Manage facilities, suppliers, contracts and workplace requests
- Coordinate purchase orders, goods receipting, supplier queries and monthly accrual support
- Support senior leaders with reports, presentations, trackers, meetings and key projects
- Plan engaging team meetings, town halls, events and onboarding activities
- Provide operational administration across fleet, health and safety, records and business processes
- Build strong relationships across leadership, sales, marketing, suppliers and cross‑functional teams
