Coco's is looking for a reliable, hard-working Dishwasher to join our kitchen team. You'll play a key role in keeping our kitchen running smoothly by ensuring dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are cleaned quickly and to a high standard, so our cooks and servers can focus on delivering a great guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashing equipment and by hand as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked dishwashing station
• Sort and store clean dishes and kitchenware properly
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors, empty trash, and maintain general cleanliness in the kitchen
• Assist kitchen staff with basic food prep tasks when needed
• Ensure all sanitation and safety standards are followed
• Monitor and replenish dishwashing supplies (soap, sanitizer, etc.)
• Report any equipment issues or maintenance needs to a supervisor
• Work efficiently during peak hours to keep up with demand

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and/or holidays as needed
• Prior dishwashing or kitchen experience a plus, but not required
