The early years lay the foundation for concentration, independence, confidence, and a lifelong relationship with learning.

We are looking for educators who are calm, observant, patient, and genuinely interested in child development. Montessori training is preferred but not essential — we will train and mentor the right candidate.

• Prepare and maintain a calm, orderly Montessori environment
• Observe children closely and respond to their developmental needs
• Present materials carefully and guide children towards independence
• Support development across language, math, sensorial work, movement, practical life, and social-emotional growth
• Communicate thoughtfully with parents
• Collaborate with the team and continue developing your Montessori practice

• Candidates with experience in preschool, Montessori, early years, or child-development settings
• Professionals transitioning into education and committed to a long-term career with children

• Bachelor’s degree
• Strong English communication
• Warmth, patience, observation, and professionalism
• Genuine interest in early childhood education
• Openness to learning Montessori deeply
