Location: Head Office, Bangalore

Job Description – Billing & Planning Engineer

Experience – 8-10 years (7 years into railway projects)

ctc range- 5.4- 8.5 Lpa (depends on Interview )

Working Days- 6 days

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation, verification and timely submission of client bills and subcontractor-related billing documents.
• Ensure regular follow-up and coordination with clients for timely certification and processing of bills.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and site teams for work progress, measurements, billing inputs and required documentation.
• Prepare project plans, schedules and monitor project progress against planned targets.
• Ensure proper planning and tracking of project activities, resources and timelines.
• Prepare and maintain Daily Progress Reports (DPR), MIS reports, progress reports and other project-related records.
• Regularly collect and consolidate site data for billing, planning and management reporting.
• Monitor project progress, identify delays and coordinate with concerned teams for corrective actions.
• Support management with accurate project status updates, billing status and planning reports.
• Maintain proper documentation and records related to billing, project progress and planning.

Candidate Requirements:

• Relevant experience in Billing and Planning for Railway Projects is mandatory.
• Good knowledge of client billing, subcontractor coordination and project documentation.
• Experience in project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of DPR, progress reports, MIS and project tracking.
• Good coordination and follow-up skills.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with clients, subcontractors, site teams and management.
• Proficient in MS Excel and other relevant planning/reporting tools.
• Candidate should be ready to relocate to Bangalore and work from the Head Office.
