Sales Operations Analyst - Latin America
Position Summary
Access Information Management is hiring a Sales Operations Analyst to provide dedicated operational support for our Latin America sales organization, including Brazil, Chile, Panama, Costa Rica, and Trinidad & Tobago. This role will partner closely with regional sales leaders and sellers to improve pipeline visibility, forecast accuracy, CRM discipline, and execution against revenue priorities.
This is a hands-on sales operations role centered on the core operating cadence of the business. Day-to-day work includes pipeline and forecast support, performance reporting, territory and quota administration, data quality, process governance, and cross-functional coordination. The successful candidate will combine strong analytical capability with the communication skills and regional context needed to support teams across multiple countries and languages.
Key Responsibilities
Salesforce Administration and Data Quality
- Maintain accurate CRM data across accounts, opportunities, contacts, territories, and account hierarchies
- Monitor and remediate data quality issues, including duplicates, missing fields, ownership gaps, and hierarchy misalignments
- Support routine Salesforce administration, including reporting, dashboards, fields, validation rules, user access, and data updates
- Drive consistent CRM usage and sales process adherence across the Latin America sales organization
Pipeline, Forecasting, and Performance Reporting
- Build and maintain pipeline, forecast, bookings, and seller performance reports in Salesforce and connected BI tools
- Support weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecast cycles through data preparation, pipeline inspection, variance analysis, and follow-up
- Identify pipeline risks, gaps, stalled opportunities, and data inconsistencies; provide clear findings and recommended actions to sales leaders
- Prepare recurring business reviews and performance reporting for regional sales leadership, Revenue Operations, and Finance
Sales Planning and Execution Support
- Support territory design, account assignment, quota allocation, and coverage planning across Brazil, Chile, Panama, Costa Rica, and Trinidad & Tobago
- Maintain sales planning files, account and territory mappings, target allocations, and related documentation
- Provide operational support for lead routing, opportunity management, account ownership, and sales stage governance
- Track execution against sales priorities and coordinate follow-up actions with regional leaders and sellers
Commercial Operations and Process Management
- Document and maintain sales processes, operating procedures, data definitions, and reporting logic
- Identify practical process improvements that reduce manual work, improve data reliability, and simplify seller execution
- Support adoption of approved tools and process changes through documentation, training materials, and user guidance
Cross-Functional Partnership
- Partner with Latin America Sales, Finance, Marketing, Client Success, and global Revenue Operations on planning and execution priorities
- Serve as a reliable point of contact for questions involving CRM data, pipeline metrics, forecast reporting, territories, and sales process
- Coordinate regional requirements with global teams while maintaining consistent definitions, controls, and reporting standards
Qualifications Required
- Professional fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, with the ability to support business discussions and written communication in all three languages
- Experience in sales operations, revenue operations, commercial operations, or a closely related analytical role
- Salesforce proficiency, including reports, dashboards, opportunity management, object relationships, and data administration
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets capability, including data analysis, reconciliation, and structured modeling
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data, identify issues, and present clear findings and actions
- Experience supporting pipeline management, forecasting, sales performance reporting, or recurring business reviews
- High attention to detail, strong follow-through, and the ability to manage priorities across multiple countries and stakeholders
