DEC is a school- age service providing comprehensive health and education programmes for children and young people aged 5-18 years with complex needs. The successful candidate will work as part of a team delivering a service based on each Child's/young person's individual needs. Vincents Centre Naval Road, Dublin. FIXED-TERM PART-TIME CONTRACT (32 hours per week) *Salary subject to Relevant Public Sector Experience REF: 103365 Essential: Hold a teaching degree recognised by the Department of Education and Skills. Be registered on the Teaching Council.

Have previous experience of working with children with complex needs is desirable. Be a highly motivated individual with the ability to work on their own initiative. Have the ability to work effectively with families and the wider MDT.

Be innovate, enthusiastic, and creative. Proficiency in the English language. Applicants should possess Level 1behavioural competencies of Avista competency framework.
