Job Title: HCM Functional Consultant/Senior Consultant

Work Location/Travel: Bangalore/Remote

Job Description:

• Essential Functions: The Oracle HCM Support Consultant / Analyst provides functional support, issue resolution, and process stabilization across Oracle Human Capital Management and Payroll capabilities. This role supports Core HR, payroll processing, benefits, absence, time and labor, employee lifecycle events, reporting, compliance, and integrations while partnering with Payroll, HR Operations, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to improve day-to-day processes and support future enhancements, automation, analytics, and operational efficiency. Production support on Oracle Fusion. Enhancement support for configurations to support changes to business processes, acquisitions, additional functionality, etc.
• Duties/Responsibilities: Maintain and pursue continuing education opportunities, such as training and certification exams. Participate on internal projects. Provide expertise and help to others, as needed, on projects. Performs other duties as assigned.
• Supervisory Responsibilities: May assist with training members of the technical and/or functional staff. May conduct interviews. Assigns duties and responsibilities and oversees workflow of project staff. May conduct project performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
