Overview

Paid Social at Assembly

We are defining a new standard for social performance marketing. Through innovative operating models, proprietary technology, and exceptional talent, our Paid Social team helps clients unlock growth through audience-first strategies, creative excellence, and platform innovation. Our specialists work across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat and emerging social platforms, helping global brands connect with audiences and drive measurable business outcomes.

Combining data, creativity, audience insight and technology, we deliver campaigns that balance brand impact with performance results.

The Role

We're hiring for Executive, Senior Executive and Manager opportunities across our Paid Social team. This assessment afternoon will be taking place between 3-6PM on Thursday 17th September.

We're looking for ambitious, curious and commercially minded individuals who are excited about building or continuing a career in social media advertising. Whether you're a recent graduate, have some marketing experience, or are looking for a career change, this is an opportunity to join one of the fastest-growing areas of digital marketing.

Rather than a traditional interview process, you'll take part in an interactive Assessment Afternoon, where you'll meet our team, tackle real-world challenges, and showcase your skills and potential. We're looking for people who are analytical, collaborative, eager to learn, and passionate about solving problems.

Previous Paid Social experience is advantageous, but not essential. We're equally interested in individuals who can demonstrate strong problem-solving ability, analytical thinking, curiosity, and a genuine interest in digital marketing. If you're someone who embraces challenges, thinks independently, and enjoys learning in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.
