Salesforce Developer / Software Engineer (Contract) - NV1 Required
- Location: Canberra (ACT) or Melbourne (VIC) | On-site
- Security: Active NV1 required (no sponsorship for upgrade)
About the role
We're seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer / Software Engineer to support the development and configuration of a Salesforce CRM environment in a fast-paced delivery team. You'll work under the direction of the Senior Salesforce Developer in an agile (Kanban/Scrum) environment, contributing to high-quality outcomes across configuration, development, and workflow automation.
Key responsibilities
- Configure and enhance Salesforce CRM features to support business processes
- Build and implement Salesforce Flows and workflow automation
- Develop using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to design and deliver solutions
- Support release planning and delivery, contributing to continuous improvement of tools/processes
- Current Salesforce certifications:
- Platform Administrator
- Platform Developer
- Strong hands-on Salesforce platform experience: administration, development, configuration, and customisation
- Proven delivery of Flows, Apex, and LWC in production environments
- Demonstrated ability to engage business areas and automate processes on the platform
- Experience working to agile software delivery practices
- Exposure to Salesforce Service Cloud, OmniStudio, Service Cloud Voice
- Additional certs (nice to have): Platform Developer II, Service Cloud Consultant, Experience Cloud Consultant
