We are hiring for Test Analyst -Service Now for Sydney location.
Role : Test Analyst -Service Now
Location : Sydney
Duration: 12 months minimum with potential extension 7+ years of experience in software/manual testing . Hands-on experience in Service Now testing . Strong experience in manual testing and test case design.
Experience with functional, regression, integration, system, and UAT testing . Good understanding of Service Now ITSM processes . Experience with defect management and tracking tools such as JIRA .
Good understanding of SDLC and STLC. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
