About the role
This is a pivotal role ensuring optimum workflow planning of a team of Field Technicians carrying out service & planned maintenance work. You will enjoy fast paced liaison with clients and technicians to ensure appointments run smoothly.

This is a unique opportunity for the right candidate with strong business acumen, first class relationship management skills and the ability to identify problems and solve with a proactive professional approach. About You
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a Scheduling / Despatch type role background with experience in the fire industry. This role will utilise your unique skills set and talent in this field with your ability to demonstrate a great attitude, relationship building and excellent customer service.
