Job Title: Sales Officer ( Food Ingredients )

Job Location: Mumbai & Ahmedabad

We are currently having an opening for a Sales officer role in our Nutrient Premix division for expanding customer base in India and increase market share for our Custom Nutrient Premix solutions for categories – Beverages, Flour, Edible Oils, Dairy, and Nutraceuticals.

•  Maintaining strong follow-ups and regular feedback calls to ensure monthly targets are met.
•  Identify and develop relationships with potential customers in Beverages, Flour, Edible Oils, Dairy, and Nutraceuticals.
• Assist in the development of a strong pipeline of new customers through direct or indirect customer contact and prospecting.
•  Ongoing monitoring and analysis of pipeline to review performance & optimise accordingly to ensure objectives are met.
•  Sales Planning & forecasting.
• Engage with prospects on call.
• Developing strategies for increasing sales and opportunities to meet and talk to contacts.
• Revenue Generation through the Business Development Activities for Foods & beverage ingredients Products in the domestic market.
•  Contributing ideas to marketing campaigns to promote a product.
•  Monitor customer and competitor activity and maintain customer information
•  Create a broad base of new business opportunities/projects and customers.
•  Collaborate with other departments to help projects successfully cross the finish line
•  Lead negotiation on pricing agreements, manage credit, customer contracts, pricing, rebates, etc. for key accounts & distributors
•  Develop & Deliver internal and customer presentations

Your professional profile includes:

·       Bachelor’s degree in Science, Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, or a relevant discipline.

·       Having a Management degree would be an added advantage

·       3+ years of relevant experience in B2B or Key Account Management role(s), preferably with companies Ingredients, and Chemicals sectors.

·       Oral and written proficiency in English.

·       Good presentation and project management skills.

·       Ability to travel frequently within the designated market.
