Join a passionate and supportive team on 14A, a dynamic 22-bed ward specialising predominantly in Haematology while also caring for Medical Oncology, Radiation Oncology and Immunology patients. Our patients are admitted for diagnosis, treatment planning, autologous transplants and end-of-life care, making every day both rewarding and meaningful. We are proud of our strong and experienced team culture and are looking for compassionate, dedicated and motivated nurses who can bring professionalism, resilience and a positive sense of humour to a fast-paced acute care environment.

As the Clinical Development Nurse (CDN), you will play a pivotal role in fostering excellence in nursing practice by supporting staff in identifying and achieving their professional learning goals. Working closely with the multidisciplinary team, you will guide the development of clinical knowledge and skills, assist with the integration of evidence-based practices, and support nurses in evaluating their learning outcomes. This is an exciting opportunity to inspire, mentor and empower staff while contributing to the delivery of high-quality, patient-centred care within a specialised and rewarding clinical setting.
