ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE DIRECTOR

• Location: São Paulo, SP.
• Experience in advanced technology, business vision, and leadership.
• Strong knowledge of Data and Artificial Intelligence governance, including frameworks and the practical application of LGPD, GDPR.
• Experience in AI platform architecture, covering Large Language Models (LLMs), MLOps/LLMOps, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), AI agents, and integration with enterprise systems and legacy environments.
• Experience in the financial management of AI environments.
• Hands-on experience with cloud providers (AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform) and Generative AI ecosystems, such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, Amazon Bedrock, and related technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Define and lead the Artificial Intelligence strategy.
• Structure and evolve AI governance by establishing policies, processes, and controls regarding ethics, risk, regulatory compliance, information security, data privacy and the responsible use of Artificial Intelligence.
• Define the technology architecture for the enterprise AI platform, establishing guidelines for in-house development, solution acquisition, model selection, integrations and technological evolution.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive, long-term AI strategy aligned with business objectives. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Manage relationships and negotiations with strategic partners, cloud providers, AI platforms, EdTechs and other vendors.

Professional Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science or related fields.
• Postgraduate degree, MBA, or Master’s degree in Management, Strategy, Technology, Artificial Intelligence or related areas.
• Over 10 years in leadership positions within the technology sector and in managing multidisciplinary teams. Corporate experience leading Artificial Intelligence and/or Data programs.
• Ability to measure infrastructure and computing costs against productivity gains (ROI).
• Experience in digital transformation.
• Fluency in English.
