Introduction of new products into the facility improve productivity and profitability of existing production procedures provide ongoing support through the manufacturing life cycle
Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) projects and plant implementation. Ensure cost, quality, timeline, budget, and manufacturing targets. Develop cost-effective processes and drive productivity improvements.
Identify Make vs. Buy opportunities and cost-saving initiatives. Provide technical support for product/process issues. Lead process, technology, and engineering change initiatives.
Drive ergonomics, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives.
