Maison Nur is bringing a modern take on seasonal French-American cuisine to the LES. Our menu highlights creative, inspired cuisine, seasonal small plates, and energetic hospitality in a refined, design-forward setting.

We’re seeking an experienced, creative, and dependable Kitchen manager to lead a tight team of professionals and help elevate a high-energy kitchen. You’ll have the support of our chef consultant and input on menu and staffing.

We want someone who is excited to be hands-on with prep, execution, and team leadership. Most importantly, we want good people on our team.

 50 hour work week, currently closed Sunday-Monday.
