Role Description
The Wealth Manager is responsible for advising clients on comprehensive financial strategies that support long-term goals and near-term needs. Day-to-day activities include conducting detailed financial assessments, developing and presenting customized financial plans, and managing ongoing client relationships through regular reviews and check-ins. The role involves advising on investment portfolios, insurance solutions, retirement strategies, and education funding, while coordinating with internal and external partners as needed.
The Wealth Manager will monitor market developments, adjust strategies, and ensure regulatory and compliance standards are met. This is a full-time remote role, requiring proactive communication and the ability to work independently while collaborating virtually with clients and colleagues.
Qualifications
- Strong Financial Planning skills, including experience developing comprehensive, goal-based financial strategies
- Proficiency in Investment Management and Investments, with the ability to construct and monitor diversified portfolios
- Solid understanding of Finance fundamentals, including cash flow analysis, and risk management.
- Knowledge of Insurance products, including life, disability, and other protection solutions relevant to wealth management
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly
- Proven client relationship management experience and a consultative, fiduciary-minded approach
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; professional certifications ( CFP®, ChFC) are highly beneficial
