Position: Senior Manager – Offensive Security

Job Overview

We are looking for Offensive Security professionals with strong hands-on experience in Red Teaming, Penetration Testing and Breach & Attack Simulation (BAS). The role will focus on assessing enterprise security posture through controlled offensive security activities and validating the effectiveness of security controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute Red Team simulations, penetration tests and BAS scenarios aligned with MITRE ATT&CK.
• Conduct security testing across applications, networks and identity systems.
• Identify, validate and document security vulnerabilities.
• Perform controlled adversary simulations to assess detection and response capabilities.
• Work closely with SOC, Network Security and XDR teams to improve detection coverage.
• Follow testing methodologies aligned with OWASP, NIST and industry best practices.
• Prepare detailed security assessment reports and provide actionable remediation recommendations.
• Demonstrate strong analytical and adversarial thinking while working collaboratively with multiple security teams.

Candidate Profile

• Strong practical experience in Offensive Security.
• Hands-on exposure to Red Teaming, Penetration Testing and BAS.
• Good understanding of MITRE ATT&CK, OWASP and NIST frameworks.
• Strong communication, documentation and reporting skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with SOC, IT and Security Engineering teams.
