Fillings is a rapidly growing New York hospitality and consumer brand reimagining nostalgic American desserts through a modern lens.

What began as a pie company has evolved into a multi-channel business spanning direct to consumer, wholesale, experiential events, luxury hospitality, brand partnerships, and consumer packaged goods, with plans to expand. We're looking for someone who wants to help build a company, not just bake in one.

The Role

This is not an entry level baking position. We're looking for someone with 3+ years of professional kitchen experience who is excited to help build the culinary foundation of a growing startup.

You'll produce pies for wholesale, direct to consumer drops, brand activations, and events while also helping improve production systems, document recipes, organize inventory, and contribute to R&D. As the company grows, you'll work alongside an exceptionally experienced Head Chef joining the team in the coming months and have the opportunity to grow into increasing responsibility.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of professional kitchen experience
• Strong pastry fundamentals and attention to detail
• Strong commitment to excellence: Always do the right thing, especially when no one is looking
• Organized, efficient, and proactive
• Comfortable in a fast-paced startup where priorities change quickly
• Excited to build systems, not just follow them
• Interest in recipe development, operations, and continuous improvement
• Previous experience in corporate environments, operations, project management, manufacturing, hospitality management, the military, or other structured industries is a plus
• A working understanding of sanitation codes and DOH regulations
• Must be 18 years of age or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
