Salesperson

We're looking for an ambitious, customer-focused Salesperson to join our growing solar installation business.

You'll help homeowners and businesses make the switch to clean, cost-effective energy. From the first conversation through to installation, you'll guide customers toward the right solar solution for their needs.

What you'll do

• Generate and follow up on sales leads
• Meet with prospective customers to understand their energy needs
• Explain solar panels, battery storage, savings, and available incentives in clear, practical terms
• Prepare accurate quotations and close sales
• Build strong customer relationships and provide an excellent buying experience
• Work closely with our installation and operations teams to ensure a smooth handover

What we're looking for

• Proven sales experience; experience in solar, construction, home improvement, utilities, or B2C sales is a plus
• Confident communicator with strong listening and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working to targets
• A genuine interest in renewable energy and helping customers reduce their energy costs
• Full driving licence preferred
