As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will be the vital link between customers and service technicians. You will manage incoming calls and coordinate schedules to ensure a seamless service. Your role is central to customer satisfaction and the operational efficiency of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a high volume of incoming customer calls
• Schedule planned maintenance and coordinate engineer workloads
• Build strong, trusted relationships with customers
• Collaborate with internal Service, Sales and Operations teams
• Process invoices accurately and within agreed limits
• Generate reports on completed work orders
• Provide support for the regional service desk

Who They’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in a customer care or service support role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to process invoices and purchase orders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in using MS Office and customer service software
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Knowledge of the manufacturing industry is an advantage
