Job Opportunity: Part‑Time Research Nurse (0.2 FTE)

Location: Oss, Netherlands (on‑site once per week, half day)

Contract: Freelance or Part‑time (9–12 months)

A life‑science organisation is preparing to launch a non‑interventional clinical study and is seeking an experienced Research Nurse to support the setup and execution of the project. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining hands‑on clinical work with project coordination in a research environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform blood draws from healthy volunteers.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for participants throughout the study.
• Manage study documentation, including consent forms and requisition forms.
• Oversee logistical aspects of sample collection days.
• Contribute to the setup and furnishing of sample‑collection rooms, including advising on required equipment.
• Collaborate with an external CRO involved in a parallel study abroad, ensuring smooth transfer of patient samples to the Netherlands.
• Support general project management activities related to study execution.

Requirements

• Qualified Nurse with experience in phlebotomy.
• Prior experience in clinical research—industry experience preferred.
• Strong organisational and project‑management skills.
• Familiarity with the Dutch research and healthcare system.
• Comfortable communicating in both Dutch and English.

Contract Duration

• 9 months to 1 year, starting shortly after ethics committee approval of the study.
