Role Description. This part-time Delivery Driver role is a hybrid position based in Rochester, NY. In this role, the Delivery Driver safely operates company vehicles to deliver picture frame supplies to local and regional customers, ensuring accurate and timely deliveries.

Day-to-day responsibilities include loading and unloading materials, verifying order contents, obtaining delivery confirmations, and maintaining delivery logs. The Delivery Driver also provides professional, courteous customer service at each stop, communicates effectively with the warehouse and sales teams, and follows all safety procedures and company policies.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills and a commitment to positive, professional interactions with clients.
• Ability to operate forklifts or similar warehouse equipment safely and efficiently where required.
• Experience in training or mentoring team members on delivery procedures, safety, or customer interaction is beneficial.
• Background in sales or working with sales teams, with an understanding of basic order fulfillment and upselling opportunities.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and familiarity with local and regional routes.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and to move materials safely, and to work in warehouse and delivery environments.
• Comfort with basic technology for route planning, communication, and documentation (e.G., mobile apps, email).
