Who We're Looking For: ✅ Expert-level subject knowledge with UK/Australia curriculum expertise ✅ Proven teaching experience with UK or Australian students ✅ Familiarity with UK exam boards (GCSE, IGCSE) or Australian boards (NAPLAN, ICAS, etc.) ✅ Strong English communication skills ✅ Passion for making complex concepts accessible to young learners ✅ Reliable tech setup (laptop, camera, mic, stable internet ≥10 Mbps) ✅ Minimum 100 hours/month commitment ✅ Growth mindset & eagerness to develop as an educator
