Key Responsibilities

1. Analyze RFQ / RFP documents and understand client technical requirements.

2. Design infrastructure solutions including servers, storage, networking, laptops, and workstations.

3. Prepare BOQ / BOM with detailed hardware configuration.

4. Create techno-commercial proposals including pricing and SLA terms.

5. Perform costing, margin analysis, and rental pricing calculation.

6. Coordinate with OEM vendors such as Dell, HPE, Lenovo for technical and pricing support.

7. Support the sales team during client meetings and technical presentations.

8. Manage enterprise tenders and RFP responses.

9. Coordinate internally with sales, purchase, finance, and technical teams.

10. Ensure smooth handover to delivery and technical teams after deal closure.

Required Technical Skills

• Enterprise server architecture knowledge

• Storage and networking fundamentals

• Virtualization technologies (VMware / Hyper-V)

• IT hardware configuration and infrastructure planning

Commercial Skills

• Rental pricing models and ROI calculation

• Vendor negotiation

• Margin and profitability management

Qualification

B.Tech / BE (IT / Computer / Electronics) or Graduate with strong IT infrastructure experience.
