RF Cage Project Manager

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented RF Cage Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of RF Cage installation projects for MRI facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project timelines, coordinating with customers, vendors, contractors, and internal teams, while ensuring compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, and project budgets.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

• Manage end-to-end RF Cage projects from order confirmation through installation, testing, and handover.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and milestones to ensure on-time completion.
• Monitor project progress and proactively address risks and challenges.
• Ensure project delivery within budget, scope, and quality standards.

Customer & Stakeholder Coordination

• Serve as the primary point of contact for hospitals, diagnostic centers, MRI OEMs, architects, and contractors.
• Conduct project kick-off meetings and regular progress reviews.
• Provide timely updates to customers and internal stakeholders.

Site Assessment & Execution

• Coordinate site surveys and assess project readiness.
• Review civil, electrical, HVAC, and MRI room requirements for RF cage installations.
• Ensure proper coordination between installation teams and site contractors.

Vendor & Resource Management

• Coordinate with suppliers, fabrication partners, and installation teams.
• Ensure timely availability of materials and resources.
• Monitor vendor performance and maintain project quality standards.

Quality & Compliance

• Ensure RF cage installations comply with MRI manufacturer requirements and industry standards.
• Oversee RF shielding testing and acceptance procedures.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and compliance records.

Financial Management

• Track project costs and profitability.
• Monitor project budgets and approve project-related expenditures.
• Support invoicing and project closure activities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Civil, Biomedical, or related field).
• 5+ years of project management experience in healthcare infrastructure, MRI projects, RF shielding, or related engineering projects.
• Strong understanding of MRI room planning, RF shielding, and healthcare construction projects.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and project management tools.
• PMP certification is preferred but not mandatory.
