Product Engineer Please note: This role is internally known as Full Stack Engineer.

Location: Maidenhead (Hybrid - 3 days a week)
Salary: Up to £80,000 per annum

What you'll be doing
Own & deliver
complex, scalable solutions across the full stack Drive technical direction
- influence architecture, tooling, and long-term strategy Code with impact
- tackling ambiguous problems with high-quality, maintainable solutions Improve and innovate
- champion best practices, automation, and continuous improvement Collaborate widely
- work cross-functionally to align product and engineering goals Handle the critical moments
- confidently manage incidents and high-pressure challenges What you'll bring
Strong experience delivering
complex software systems at scale Expertise in
JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, and React Solid understanding of
architecture, APIs, and database design Experience with
DevOps, CI/CD, testing, and modern engineering practices A passion for
mentoring and developing others The ability to balance
