As a Senior Web Developer / Team Lead, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade web applications and microservices for Supply Chain Finance (SCF) platforms. You will mentor developers, participate in architecture discussions, and deliver scalable, high-performance solutions.

• Git, Jenkins/GitLab CI/CD

• Financial Services / Payments / Trade Finance Domain Experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of Java/Scala-based web applications and microservices.
• Design and implement Kafka-driven event processing solutions.
• Build scalable Spark data processing pipelines.
• Mentor team members and conduct code reviews.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and stakeholders.
• Drive best practices in software design, testing, and deployment.
• Troubleshoot production issues and improve application performance.
• Ensure high-quality code with strong test coverage and CI/CD adoption
