Job Description
Job Title: IT Support Specialist
We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to provide onsite technical support for end users and office IT infrastructure. The role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing IT assets, and supporting day-to-day technical operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Install, replace, and manage IT equipment
- Support office network systems, including Wi-Fi, routers, and switches
- Maintain and track IT assets and inventory
- Assist with office setups, relocations, and IT projects
- Coordinate with remote teams and vendors when required
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of Windows, macOS, or Linux systems
- Understanding of networking (LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches)
- Experience in IT support or similar role
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
