POSITION SUMMARY:

The Regional Sales Director – Physician Office Based Regenerative Solutions is a senior field-based commercial leadership role responsible for driving regional revenue growth, commercial excellence, market expansion, and organizational performance across an assigned multi-state region within the United States. Reporting to the Vice President – Office-Based Regenerative Solutions, this individual provides strategic leadership for a team of Territory Business Managers and is accountable for executing Cellution Biologics regional commercial strategy while consistently delivering sustainable revenue growth, expanding market share, and accelerating customer adoption of the Company's regenerative biologic portfolio.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Regional Commercial Leadership & Revenue Growth

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive regional business plan to achieve or exceed revenue objectives, market share, and commercial performance goals.
  • Lead and drive regional sales performance by ensuring consistent execution of the Company's commercial strategy and business priorities.
  • Establish regional growth strategies, performance objectives, and sales initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
  • Monitor regional performance, forecasting, pipeline health, competitive activity, and market trends to identify opportunities and mitigate business risks.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to evaluate performance, optimize execution, and drive continuous improvement across the region.
  • Partner with Commercial Leadership to support strategic initiatives, business expansion, and long-term regional growth.
  • Foster a high-performance culture built on accountability, customer focus, collaboration, and operational excellence.
  • Recruit, onboard, develop, coach, and retain high-performing Territory Business Managers to build a best-in-class commercial organization.
  • Provide ongoing field coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback to maximize sales effectiveness and professional development.
  • Establish clear performance expectations and hold team members accountable for achieving sales objectives, customer engagement, and key performance indicators.
  • Conduct regular field visits, ride-alongs, business reviews, and performance evaluations to strengthen commercial execution.
  • Identify talent development opportunities and implement coaching plans that support career growth and succession planning.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, engagement, integrity, and continuous learning across the regional sales team.
  • Address performance concerns promptly and partner with Human Resources on performance improvement and employee development initiatives.

Regional Market Development & Strategic Business Planning

  • Develop and execute regional growth strategies to expand market presence, customer penetration, and long-term business performance.
  • Analyze regional market dynamics, customer needs, referral patterns, competitive activity, and emerging opportunities to guide commercial decision-making.
  • Build strategic relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), physician champions, healthcare executives, and other influential stakeholders.
  • Identify and prioritize high-value markets, strategic accounts, and growth opportunities within the assigned region.
  • Develop regional business plans that align resources, customer priorities, and commercial initiatives with organizational objectives.
  • Provide actionable market intelligence and customer insights to support strategic planning and product commercialization.
  • Support regional product launches and commercial initiatives to accelerate market adoption.

New Business Development & Customer Acquisition

  • Lead regional new business initiatives to expand the customer base and accelerate revenue growth.
  • Coach Territory Business Managers in identifying, developing, and converting qualified business opportunities.
  • Support strategic customer engagements, executive‑level sales discussions, and complex account opportunities.
  • Drive customer acquisition, product evaluations, and clinical adoption initiatives across targeted healthcare settings.
  • Expand relationships within existing accounts to increase product utilization and long‑term customer value.
  • Partner with Marketing and Business Development to maximize lead generation and market penetration.
  • Promote a proactive business development culture focused on sustainable regional growth.

Reimbursement & Market Access Support

  • Maintain a strong understanding of reimbursement trends, payer environments, and market access considerations impacting regional business.
  • Support customers by coordinating reimbursement resources and appropriate internal subject matter experts.
  • Partner with Market Access teams to address customer challenges and facilitate product adoption.
  • Monitor reimbursement changes and communicate relevant market insights to Commercial Leadership.
  • Ensure the sales team appropriately communicates available reimbursement support resources in accordance with Company policies.
  • Assist with strategic customer discussions involving reimbursement and utilization considerations.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare Administration, or a related field required; Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
  • Minimum eight (8) years of successful healthcare sales experience required, with at least three (3) years of demonstrated sales leadership experience managing high‑performing field‑based commercial teams.
  • Proven success leading geographically dispersed sales teams and consistently achieving or exceeding regional sales objectives, revenue targets, and commercial performance goals.
  • Experience within regenerative medicine, biologics, wound care, medical devices, surgical reconstruction, orthobiologics, or other healthcare‑related markets strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience recruiting, developing, coaching, and retaining high‑performing sales professionals while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute regional business strategies, drive market expansion, and build long‑term customer relationships with physicians, healthcare executives, integrated delivery networks (IDNs), ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs), and other healthcare stakeholders.
  • Experience collaborating effectively with cross‑functional teams, including Marketing, Clinical Affairs, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Operations, and Executive Leadership to achieve commercial objectives.
  • Strong working knowledge of CRM systems, sales forecasting, pipeline management, business analytics, and commercial performance reporting.
  • Experience supporting product launches, commercialization initiatives, and strategic business planning within a high‑growth healthcare environment preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and the ability to travel extensively (approximately 60–80%) within the assigned region and as required for business needs.
