Senior Manager – Product Management | AI & Emerging Technology

DVF Recruitment are currently working on an exciting opportunity for a Senior Manager – Product Management to join a global organisation and play a key role in building and scaling its AI product capability. Hybrid working in London Office.

This is a newly created opportunity for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of AI, product, technology and business, with genuine scope to shape products from the ground up.

The opportunity:

• Lead the strategy, roadmap and lifecycle of AI-powered products and solutions
• Take products from ideation and discovery through to development, launch and iteration
• Work closely with senior business stakeholders to understand challenges, identify opportunities and translate them into practical AI solutions
• Partner with US-based Engineering, Data, IT and other technology teams to oversee delivery
• Define product priorities, KPIs, success measures and customer outcomes
• Identify opportunities to embed AI across existing applications, products and workflows
• Influence senior stakeholders and drive product decisions across a complex, matrixed environment
• Ensure AI solutions solve real-world business problems and deliver measurable value
• Help establish responsible and effective approaches to AI adoption

What we're looking for:

• 7+ years' experience in Product Management / Product Development leadership
• Strong experience taking products from discovery through to execution
• A strong understanding of AI/ML and emerging technology – you don't need to be an engineer, but you should be technically credible enough to work effectively with Engineering teams
• Ideally coming from a start-up type business / team
• Experience with product strategy, roadmaps, prioritisation, user research and iterative delivery
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority
• Comfortable working with ambiguity and solving complex business problems
• A curious, entrepreneurial and solutions-led mindset, with a willingness to challenge the status quo
• Experience working in fast-paced, complex or matrixed organisations
• Agile/product delivery experience
