Role Description The Head – Academic & Teacher Management | EdTech is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This role leads academic planning and curriculum implementation across the organization’s education initiatives, ensuring alignment with learning objectives and EdTech solutions. The position oversees teacher recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and professional development programs to maintain high teaching standards.

The role includes designing and monitoring academic processes, collaborating with school and EdTech teams, setting quality benchmarks, and ensuring compliance with relevant guidelines. The Head is also responsible for mentoring academic leaders, analyzing student performance data, and driving continuous improvement in teaching practices and learning outcomes.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including the ability to collaborate with teachers, academic leaders, and management.
• Candidates should possess Curriculum Development and Education expertise to design, review, and enhance academic programs aligned with EdTech tools.
• Candidates should possess Teaching and Training skills to guide classroom practices and lead teacher development initiatives.
• Relevant experience in academic leadership, teacher management, or school administration, preferably within EdTech or K–12/college settings.
• Postgraduate degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Demonstrated ability to manage teams, implement academic quality standards, and use data to inform educational decisions.
• Familiarity with digital learning platforms, instructional technology, and modern pedagogical approaches.
