WE’RE HIRING | BACK OFFICE EXECUTIVE – REFILL OPERATIONS

This is NOT a data-entry job.

At Aéromé, we manage thousands of installations across India.

Every one of those machines needs to be tracked.

Every refill needs to happen on time.

Every client needs to be serviced without having to chase us.

And that requires someone who is obsessed with details, follow-ups and execution.

We’re looking for a Back Office Executive – Refill Operations who will take ownership of refill data and ensure our PAN India operations run like clockwork.

YOUR MISSION:

• Own and maintain refill data for clients across India

• Track consumption, refill cycles and upcoming requirements

• Ensure refills are initiated and dispatched on time

• Coordinate closely with sales, operations, logistics and warehouse teams

• Follow up relentlessly on pending requirements

• Maintain accurate client and machine records

• Identify gaps before they become problems

• Prepare MIS and operational reports

• Ensure ZERO missed refills because of poor tracking
