RTR Accountant

We are looking for an RTR Accounting – Junior professional with 2–3 years of experience in Record-to-Report, General Ledger Accounting, Account Reconciliations, and Month-End Closing. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting fundamentals, good knowledge of GAAP, and hands-on experience with core RTR activities.

CA Inter/CMA Intern/CA Freshers/M.Com/B.Com/MBA – Finance

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform Record-to-Report (RTR) and General Ledger accounting activities.
• Handle bank reconciliation, cash accounting, and account reconciliations.
• Manage intercompany accounting and reconciliations.
• Support fixed asset accounting and lease accounting.
• Perform accruals, expense accounting, AP aging, and AR aging activities.
• Support revenue accounting, deferred revenue, and straight-line accounting.
• Handle payroll, withholding, bonus, and benefits accounting.
• Prepare and support VAT/statutory reporting and ensure compliance with applicable GAAP/local accounting standards.
• Perform month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Support project accounting and financial reporting activities.

Required Skills :

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in RTR / General Ledger / Financial Accounting.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience in account reconciliations and month-end close.
• Good knowledge of GAAP / accounting standards.
• Experience in bank, intercompany, fixed asset, accrual, and expense accounting.
• Good understanding of AP/AR aging and journal entries.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and working knowledge of ERP/accounting systems.
• Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
