Business Development Executive – IT/SaaS
We're looking for a driven Business Development professional with end-to-end BD experience in the IT or SaaS industry to join our growing team at Soft Suave.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Market Exploration: Partner with the Business Development Manager to expand Soft Suave's market presence and drive growth.
- Client Relations: Own client interactions end-to-end — from prospecting and proposal writing to follow-ups and closing — while building strong new business relationships.
- Competitive Edge: Track competitor activity, conduct competitive analysis, and bring sharp insights to strengthen our market position.
- Collaboration & Communication: Serve as the bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
- 1+ years of end-to-end BD experience in IT/SaaS (prospecting through closing)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Resilience and a positive, tenacious approach to rejection and pipeline-building
- Strong time management and ability to juggle multiple accounts/tasks
- Research-driven mindset with sales and competitive analysis acumen
- Customer-first attitude with strong interpersonal skills
