1️⃣ Business Development Manager (BDM)
Fixed CTC: ₹35,000 - 40,000/month
- Lead multiple sales teams and drive revenue growth.
- Monitor KPIs, conversions, and team performance.
- Develop sales strategies and improve team productivity.
2️⃣ Business Development Team Lead (TL)
Salary: As per Company Standards
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
- Monitor daily performance, conversions, and revenue.
- Coach team members and drive consistent sales results.
What We’re Looking For
✅ 2+ years of EdTech Sales experience – Mandatory
✅ Strong leadership and team management skills
✅ Proven track record of achieving sales targets
✅ Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Experience handling low-ticket-price products is preferred.
⚡ Immediate joiners preferred.
