Job Title: Store Manager Location-Type: Onsite (Madison Ave) Start Date: ASAP Duration: Permanent Compensation Range: $80-120K commission Benefits: Eligible for Health, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO Must be authorized to work in the U.S. This position is not eligible for sponsorship. Job Description: The Store Manager leads all aspects of a premier luxury boutique, driving sales performance, team development, and an exceptional client experience that reflects the brand's commitment to craftsmanship and elevated service. Job Summary •Lead by example on the sales floor through active selling, personalized clienteling, and consistent client follow-up to grow and retain a loyal customer base. •Achieve and exceed personal and store sales goals by monitoring KPIs, implementing performance strategies, and partnering with the District Manager on business action plans. •Recruit, develop, and retain top retail talent through coaching conversations, performance reviews, and individual development plans. •Oversee daily operations including inventory management, merchandise processing, POS procedures, payroll submissions, and scheduling. •Maintain exceptional store presentation and visual merchandising standards across all areas of the boutique. •Train and educate the team on current collections, seasonal priorities, and brand standards to foster product knowledge and a collaborative culture. •Support the planning and execution of in-store events, product launches, and community outreach initiatives to grow brand awareness. Minimum Requirements: •Minimum 6 years of customer service experience within luxury retail. •Must have experience within the luxury retail industry •Previous leadership experience managing retail teams and driving sales performance. •Excellent communication, interpersonal, and clienteling skills. •Self-motivated, results-oriented, and highly organized with strong problem-solving abilities. •Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays. •High school diploma or equivalent required. Preferred Qualifications: •Passion for luxury retail with professional presentation and strong fashion awareness. •Familiarity with industry trends, competitors, and emerging fashion movements. •Experience planning and executing in-store events and product launches. •Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds.
