Bachelor s degree (Pedagogy preferred)

Secretary Certification/Registration (Preferred)

Intermediate/Advanced English, with a strong interest in developing and improving language skills.

Technical skills

  • Knowledge of  Brazilian laws and regulations;
  • Prepared to use new information and communication technologies and know how to work with a school management system, online portals, and school apps.
  • Google Workspace


Responsibilities

  • Organize and keep up-to-date the registration of the students of the Brazilian Program to allow, at any time, the verification of the identity and regularity of the student s school life and the authenticity of the school documents;
  • Implement and coordinate administrative activities related to the registration of school life through individual files to obtain school transcripts ( Históricos Escolares), certificates, statements, books, or any other documents;
  • Prepare school documents by current Brazilian legislation, ensuring the custody and issuance of accurate and reliable school documents;
  • Sign, together with the Brazilian Director, the official school documents for students in the Brazilian program;
  • Inform and complete the information in the EDUCACENSO system, taking into account the reliability of the information and compliance with the established deadlines;
  • Organize the minutes of final results, classification, reclassification, and other educational processes required by law;
  • Complete and sign the annual reports to the Departments of Education and State and Municipal Councils of Education;
  • Manage the enrollment and transfer processes of students in the Brazilian program, observing the faithful transcription of the original documents a legible document without erasures or inaccuracies, recording the enrollment and transfer of students and their data in the appropriate registration book;
  • Organize and keep up to date the collection of laws, regulations, guidelines, ordinances, circulars, resolutions, and other documents;
  • Submit to the Brazilian  Director promptly all documents that must be signed.
  • Maintain secrecy on matters relevant to the service.
  • Be familiar with and complies with EARJ Internal By Laws and Pedagogical Proposal
  • Other duties, as designated by the Brazilian director.
