About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President of Marketing & GTM to lead the evolution of its brand and go-to-market strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining how the company's product lines are positioned in the market, with a focus on building a category-defining presence. This role is not about demand generation but rather about leveraging existing carrier relationships and complex enterprise deals.

The VP will own the full marketing function, including product marketing, enablement, content, field, and events, and will be a key player in the company's decision-making process. Key responsibilities include leading the team in product positioning, competitive strategy, and building a programmatic sales enablement function. The role also involves directing the content strategy to establish the company's voice and leading the field marketing and events strategy to enhance industry presence.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 years' experience in enterprise B2B SaaS GTM and marketing leadership, with a strong preference for those with a background in regulated or vertical SaaS industries such as insurance, claims technology, fintech, or healthcare technology. They should have a proven track record of building and scaling GTM motions in complex enterprise environments and experience in leading teams across the full marketing function. The role requires a strategic thinker who is a builder at heart, with the ability to operate at speed and make data-driven decisions.

Success in this role will be measured by the establishment of a strong category narrative, the effectiveness of the sales enablement system, and the growth and performance of the marketing team.
