About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Brand Officer (CBO) to serve as the ultimate steward of its global luxury brand. This executive will be responsible for defining, protecting, and elevating the brand's vision, meaning, and desirability across all customer, cultural, and commercial touchpoints. The CBO will ensure that the brand remains timeless, distinctive, and aspirational, while also guiding its evolution to meet the needs of modern, global luxury consumers.

Key responsibilities include defining a compelling global brand vision, preserving and evolving the brand's core identity, leading global brand strategy, setting creative direction, and overseeing major brand moments. The role demands a rare combination of strategic rigor, creative excellence, and cultural fluency, with a focus on maintaining the brand's heritage and craftsmanship. Applicants for the CBO position at the company should have a minimum of 18 years' of senior leadership experience in luxury brand, creative, or marketing roles, with a strong preference for in-house luxury experience.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in stewarding iconic global luxury or premium consumer brands, deep expertise in brand strategy, storytelling, creative direction, and cultural influence, and a strong understanding of luxury retail, experiential design, and client experience. Experience in leading and scaling large global teams, with a significant growth trajectory, is essential. The role requires exceptional taste, judgment, and executive presence, and an advanced degree is strongly preferred.
