What You’ll Be Doing

• Travel to homes and small businesses across Melbourne Metro and surrounding suburbs


• Diagnose and resolve a wide range of tech issues, including:


• Internet, email, printer, Wi‑Fi, and router problems


• PC and Mac troubleshooting


• Mobile devices, smart TVs, and streaming services


• Install and configure:


• Network equipment and Wi‑Fi solutions


• Antivirus, backup, and security systems


• Perform virus and malware removal, system clean‑ups, and performance optimisation


• Provide clear, friendly advice and easy‑to‑understand tech support


• Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain accurate job records


• Communicate professionally, including courtesy calls when arriving or delayed

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in IT support across Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace


• Strong skills in hardware troubleshooting, software support, and home/small business networking


• Excellent communication skills — able to explain technical solutions in simple terms


• Reliable vehicle, own tools, and a laptop or tablet


• Smartphone (iPhone 8 or newer preferred)


• Full Australian working rights


• Police check (or willingness to obtain one)


• Public Liability Insurance (preferred for contractors)
