This is a pivotal role responsible for managing financial operations, ensuring compliance, and driving process improvements across a complex service line.
The Role
Working closely with the Corporate Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the month-end process, preparing reports, and ensuring accuracy across ledgers. This short-term contract offers an opportunity to contribute your skills in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while gaining valuable exposure to senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare month-end financial reports and reconciliations
- Undertake variance analysis against budgets and forecasts
- Review and analyse divisional P&L results
- Compile working papers and assist with ad hoc reporting for executives
- Maintain accurate records across general ledger accounts
About You
- CA/CPA qualified with tertiary accounting credentials.
- Proven experience in financial management within a complex, service-based environment.
- Strong technical skills in accounting systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities.
- Demonstrated leadership capability and commitment to continuous improvement.
